Please note: as there are no Medicare rebates available for counselling sessions, the full fee cost must be covered by the individual or individual’s representative.
*Fees for family sessions – the cost of a family counselling session may vary depending on the number of individuals you would like to attend the sessions. Please discuss this with the intake team or counsellor directly.
Funding Options
Counselling sessions may be covered by various private health insurance companies or funded under NDIS, EAP, and more. Please discuss your funding requirements with the counsellor during or prior to your initial session.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice or you may be required to pay the full fee.
If you reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee may be waived (at the counsellor’s discretion). Individual circumstances will be considered.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment (NO SHOW) and fail to notify the counsellor prior to the session, a full fee will apply. No future appointments can be scheduled until the previous missed session has been settled and paid in full.
If a client cancels more than three times or repeatedly does not attend their session, the counsellor holds the right to exit the client from their counselling service.
