Anyone experiencing a personal concern or challenge can seek counselling

Professional counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for collaboration between a client and counsellor. In order to resolve a range of concerns, the counsellor works alongside the client to help increase their own self-awareness, develop new understanding, and optimise client holistic wellbeing.

Counselling can range from a few sessions to medium-term or long-term in duration, depending on the client’s individual needs and presenting issues.

Our professional counsellors are university trained (Master’s degree level) in interpersonal skills and therapeutic approaches, which prepares them to adequately support their clients with a wide range of presenting issues. Counsellors integrate evidence-based interventions during their sessions with clients. They use a client-led approach, whilst encouraging a long-term interpersonal journey of self-discovery.

Our counsellors facilitate face-to-face or online psycho-educational workshops/courses, such as anger management courses, trauma recovery workshops, emotional regulation skills, the brain and body connection.

Our counsellors also facilitate face-to-face support groups, such as grief support, men’s strength-based group, PMDD, or trauma recovery.

Please contact us to find out more details about attending a course or group.
